Bucket List

I have a really long list of things I want to do (aka my bucket list) but I didn’t want to sit here and bore you with all the random things I want to do, so I narrowed down the first 20. These are some of the things I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and then there’s some relatively new ideas (possibly inspired by my favorite TV shows).

  1. Be in the audience for a live taping of SNL/Jimmy Fallon/Ellen
  2. Qualify/Run the NY or Boston full marathon
  3. Learn a new language
  4. Swim with Dolphins
  5. Go to a Super Bowl or Championship Bowl game
  6. Play hide and seeks in Ikea
  7. Pay it forward for someone in a grocery store _(ala Drake)
  8. Stay in a castle (I’ll settle for Disney World or Disneyland, if I can’t stay in a real one!)
  9. Walk into an airport, buy same day one-way ticket
  10. Skydive
  11. Be in two states at once (A Walk to Remember style)
  12. Watch the sunrise and sunset in the same day
  13. Kiss a stranger in a Photo Booth
  14. Scavenger hunt around the city
  15. Be on Family Fued
  16. Own a pair of red bottom shoes
  17. Drive up the Pacific Coast Highway
  18. Walk across Abbey Road
  19. Ride in a vespa around Tuscany
  20. Visit every Disney theme park in the world

Everyday I think of new ideas and I add it to my list. I almost feel like it’s never ending. I’ve knocked out a few things this year (I know, so surprising considering what 2020 has been like!). I hope to eliminate some other ones by 2021, but knowing how this year has already been I think it’s more realistic to think that I’ll start crossing things off in 2021 and not so much in 2020.
