Throwback Thursday on a Flashback Friday

My original post was going to be a Throwback Thursday post focused on a #TBT playlist I created, but then my I had a really rough day that ended in a migraine and my plans all of a sudden changed. So to make up for it, here is my TBT playlist on Flashback Friday!

The playlist consists of a handful of songs from the following three era’s: the ’90’s, ’00’s, and the most recently retired – ’10’s. I started with 10 songs from each, and then I kept thinking I had so many more that I wanted to include so I added two or three more per era. If it was up to me, I’d include some from January of this year but then it truly wouldn’t be a #TBT focused playlist. I hope to continue to make these to add some value to the #TBT rotation, let me know what you think of the songs!

Oh, I love all your songs from the ’90s! Also, I’m so sorry about your migraine! I know how it can easily knock you out for two days… I had a bad one this week too. Did you find anything that helps?

Typically I attempt to squeeze in a massage, but with the quarantine and social distancing having closed everything down I had to resort to really trying to alleviate the pain by squeezing specific pressure points! The “third eye” (the space between the two eyebrows) and the “drilling bamboo” (the area on both sides of the bridge of your nose) are the best ones to focus on if the migraine is toward the top of your head. If it’s more sinus related, then I focus on the “facial” pressure points which are along the cheekbone!

I’m a little older than you so most of these songs aren’t on my playlist. I know most of them but they’re just not amongst my favorites. Not bad though.

As a fellow migraineur, I’m impressed that you were able to get any post out today!
