Just a Girl & her SKIMS Obsession

You’ve probably gathered, from reading all my shopping posts, that I am an absolute SKIMS stan. There is nothing I love more than my SKIMS, especially the pajamas. People thing I am exaggerating, but I’m really not. Let me give you some context…my favorite SKIMS product is their pajamas. I love them so much that, when I was packing a box of clothes to send to my best friend, I took out all of the PAJAMAS sets I had, and I was floored. Do you want to guess how many sets of their pajamas I had? This, of course, is not counting the two orders that were enroute to me. The answer is NINE. I HAD NINE SETS. Eight were of the long-sleeved pajamas and one of the short sleeve sets. Let me also not fail to mention that I had already sent my best friend, Carmen, a few sets.

I failed to mention that out of the nine sets, seven of the sets I decided to keep were technically a size too big. This being said, I should technically donate them, but I refuse. I will wear them (big) until my or their dying day.

Let’s take a look at what else I have, aside from their pajamas, from SKIMS: triangle bralette, scoop neck bralette, t-shirt bras, underwear (thong and bikini), bodysuit (shape wear), bodysuit (regular wear), boyfriend t-shirts, sweat sets, and cozy fleece pants.

To be honest, the SKIMS bralettes are my go-to, every day, bra. They’re so soft and cozy, and I love them. I love them so much, that despite losing so much weight, I still have the ones that are too big on me, and I wear them anyway. Their SKIMS fits everybody underwear is also a favorite of mine, and I sadly had to donate a good 20 undies when I lost weight because they didn’t fit anymore.

Recently, I’ve been obsessed with their sweat sets. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to me, given that I have two of their cozy fleece pants (straight leg and jogger). I got the gray sweat set in LA and then immediately placed the order for the pink ones. They remind me a lot of the Good American sweats I love so much that no longer fit me.

I have placed a few new orders since I started drafting this post, the first of which consists of two bras (both t-shirt style), another 5-pack of their thongs, a boyfriend t-shirt, and then the soft lounge henley in the cherry blossom print. I did size up on the henley since I like loose-fitting styles more than body con, but TBD on whether this style becomes a fixture in my closet as well. After this order, I placed another one that consisted of one of the onesies, the long-sleeved boyfriend t-shirt, another boyfriend t-shirt, the cotton t-shirt (I sized up two sizes for this one), a strapless bra, another bra but in the weightless scoop bra.
