Currently…

Currently number EIGHT! Woah baby! I am on a roll, and I love it! Let’s just jump right in:

I am currently wearing…the Amazon “Rolling Stones” inspired leopard print tongue tee (I had ordered it in two colors, wore both this week — obvs. not consecutively)…also wore (and am obsessed with) the v-neck tops I had ordered.

I am currently getting ready to….TIE DYE! My little sister has decided that she wants to jump on the tie-dye trend so we both ordered Amazon white hoodies (mine zip up, hers is a pullover) and we are going to tie dye them today. Stay tuned for how that turns out LOL

I am currently reading…Hollywood Park: A Memoir! It’s actually very interesting and I’m excited to finish, plus I won it so I felt obligated to read it next. I finally had finished the “Beach Read” book and let me tell you, once I finally forced myself to sit and read it, I ended up finishing it in around 3ish days. Had I not had to work in between, I would have finished it in 2! I totally cried like a baby!! After the Hollywood Park, I have close to 15 books to read (I accidentally bought three more books while at target this weekend (rolling eye emoji) bumping my to read list up to 15 books…I know, got to get to it ASAP!

I am currently listening to…THE ANTHEM OF 2020! Oh my God, let me tell you I was hesitant when I saw that someone posted this song was the anthem of the year until I heard it. God bless this shit is the best song I’ve heard all year! My new motto is a lyric from the song, “low key fuck 2020”. Couldn’t be more accurate if I tried! I am also listening to the new Kid Cudi with Eminem. I love them both, and the song is so good! Also, the new G-Eazy is amazing. Love him without Halsey, they’re both pumping out such good music without each other LOL

I am currently…crossing off my list all of the doctors appointments I have been putting off (for years, literally). I went to the dermatologist last week for the first time in almost 5, maybe 6 years. I requested to have an appointment with a new PCP who comes highly recommended from my sisters mom and my aunt. I should call the dentist, but I really hate going there (even though, technically he’s family).

I am currently rocking the new Dae Deep Conditioning treatment! I finally caved and ordered it, I used it today for the first time and I love it. I also truly LOVE the Coco & Eve hair mask I ordered. So far, honestly the products I’m using on my hair have left it the healthiest it’s ever been (even with the added bleach to lighten my hair!). Now if only I could figure out the curling barrels on the Air Wrap then I can finally check it off my favorites list…until then, it’s still TBD.

Marshall’s find – Everyday products

I am currently organizing myself and my room, as well! I bought an agenda from target to get my life together, there is something about writing things down that I prefer to typing/scheduling on my iPhone. I also bought more notebooks I don’t need, and the cutest desk calendar that conveniently fits behind my laptop on my little desk. I also moved my dry erase board from next to my bed, to behind the desk to help keep me organized. Today, I went to Marshall’s after physical therapy for my back and I bought an organization thing that houses my medicine from the dermatologist, my night time mask and serum, my moisturizer, my paddle brush, my leave in conditioner, hair oil, body cream, and the hair spray I use when I brush my hair to make it smell yummy. I even have a small hand sanitizer and my deodorant in it.

I am also currently waiting on a few orders; I know every week there’s something else. I’m going to go bankrupt, but whatever. YOLO. From Amazon, I’m waiting on the Yeti tumbler top with the straw for my 30 oz Yeti. My Gator one is a 22 oz, so I wanted a bigger one for when I have water in my room. I also ordered some oval makeup brushes that I saw one of my favorite bloggers talk about on Instagram, I wanted to try it with my skincare rather than actual makeup process. I ordered a face shield, and some disposable masks so I could give my cloth ones a break for a bit. I received today the garment bags I ordered to put my socks and cloth masks in so my aunt can stop losing my socks to the washer/dryer!

Last week, Herbivore had their birthday sale where the site was on sale for 30% off. I ordered the mask I have been eyeing, the matching facial oil, the lip tint (I am a total lip product lover – I also had ordered and just received the Tower Beauty cheek and lip balm; totally loving it, and I had added some to my lids for some eye color)…also, the final Herbivore thing I ordered was a Gua Sha for my little sister and I. I am really considering ordering myself a Skin Care mini fridge for my room (I need somewhere that isn’t the kitchen to store my face roller and the Gua Sha!).

Today I also went a little Etsy crazy; we’re going to Siesta Key at the end of the month (YAY, my happy place!) so I ordered a new monogram bag I can use for the beach with a new hat that says Beach Babe <3 and I ordered some sunglass chains to use for my sunglasses and face masks (highly recommended by numerous bloggers I follow!). The hat and beach bag come from the same Etsy shop that I ordered my mom’s birthday present from, so I really am excited. Lastly, I caved and ordered the same dainty ring from Ring Concierge that I have in white gold, but in yellow gold. Of course, once I hit purchase I realized I should have gotten the rose gold before the gold since I already have my great grandmother’s yellow gold wedding band; but you know, what? More reason to buy it later!\

Lately, I’m also currently pumping out the posts for the blog challenge. I’m actually doing a lot better than I thought I was going to, and I hope I keep it up. I haven’t felt this inspired in a long time.
