Currently…
I want to start this post by saying, WOOOOO HOOOOO!
Dramatic, right? Totally. But you know what, WHO CARES! I am so excited because I am half-way through the y first half of the first semester in my second (throwing that in there because clearly I’m insane) Master’s program. Four classes down, four to go. Well, by the time this posts it will be FIVE classes down, three to go…but who is counting?
To be brutally honest, I was not expecting to be this overwhelmed. It truly has been rough. Work is busy, which is always good, and I have had to do SO MUCH reading that I’ve felt lost and disconnected from reality to say the least. I think I am finally at a place where I can read a book, just for fun, and still be up-to-date with my homework assignments (and projects). It has taken me a long time to get there, but I’m here and I’m not going back!
SO, let’s get to it!
First things first. Apple. Last week, Apple annouced the new line of iPhones. If you know me, you know that means I ordered myself my new iPhone! Of course, I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max in blue (heart eyes here) and per the tracking I received this morning, it is on its way!! YAY. The first order of business will be to put on my new Case Mate iPhone 13 Pro Max MagSafe case. Then I will be looking into finding an iPhone Photography course. I have also been dying to find some Photoshop classes. With the new additions, particularly with the camera, I want to finally take make it a point to learn how to use take pictures on the iPhone.
Onto the shopaholic front. I have officially purchased and become obsessed with my first pair of AGOLDE jeans. I also bought a MagSafe charging station for my iPhone, my Apple Watch, and my AirPods. BONUS: my work phone charges where the AirPods charge (insert winky face here). This is a huge deal for me because my nightstand/charging situation was a MASSIVE fire hazard. I can honestly tell you I probably killed myself like four times just getting out of bed and tripping over the ten cables I had next to me. Also, I bought an extended battery, get this, with NO CABLES! The iPhone MagSafe Battery Pack and I will be BFFs, especially when I go to Orlando or out to a concert, where I know I will use my camera the entire time. I’m very excited. Some other purchases I made, were a Louis Vitton card case to match the wallet and purse I bought earlier this year, and I ordered some more band tee’s from Target (I’ve already discussed my obsession, don’t @ me).
This weekend is going to be focusing on my projects and presentation for next week, I also have a quiz to prepare for. I can’t believe there are only three weeks left in the first half of the semester! So much to do, so little time.
